Owner & Instructor Avid life enthusiast, outdoorsman and mountain biker with an interest in exploration, education and community enrichment. My formative years are a hodgepodge of experiences. Having been exposed to world travel and adventure from an early age, I fell in love with nature's splendor.
My free time is usually dominated by traveling, mountain biking and exploring my creativity. |
Alec Hardy
Instructor Born and raised in the mean streets of Fairfax County, my passion for two wheeled sports began at the age of four when my dad brought home a Honda XR-70 for my brothers and I. It wasn’t until traveling to Marin County and Lake Tahoe, California that I found my true calling, mountain biking. From biking down fire roads and trails on Mount Tam to the 14 mile flume trail carved into the side of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Lake Tahoe, I knew I had found a life long passion. I am now a Manager at the Bike Lane in Springfield, where I'd be happy to discuss riding or bikes and set up, come drop by!

Instructor Always living the active lifestyle. Having found my niche in mountain biking a few years ago, my disciplines vary anywhere from Dirt Jumping to Trail Riding and Downhill. I enjoy traveling and riding trails all up and down the East Coast and have a passion for sharing my love for the outdoors with those around me. |
